Wouter Gheysen, founder of Out of Our Minds and Systemic Rebels, holds an engineering master's and an economics master's. Over the last twenty years, he has worked as a consultant for bigger and smaller consulting companies, supporting companies in implementing their strategy.

Over the last ten years, his interest in designing and building thriving companies has become his main focus. He has taken courses in the agile way of working, business design, organizational psychology, systemic thinking, the reinvention method, and neglected organisations.

Systemic Rebels is where all his knowledge and experience come together.
